Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FrameworkShelf website and the digital products sold on it (the book, the Field Kit and the Editable Templates, together the “Products”). FrameworkShelf is published by AURELIAI SpA (“FrameworkShelf”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the Products.

The Products are digital goods delivered as files, such as PDF and EPUB for the book, a PDF for the Field Kit, and editable documents and spreadsheets for the Editable Templates. Nothing physical ships, and no account is required beyond the email address you provide at checkout.

Your license to use the Products

When you complete a purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, store, print and use the digital files you bought, for the buyer's own use of the worksheets and any purchased companion files. This means you can keep your own copies and use them in your own work, but you are not buying the copyright or any right to distribute them.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, republish or share the Products, or any part of them, with others—whether for free or for payment. You may not remove or alter any copyright or ownership notices, and you may not use the Products to create materials that compete with them.

Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed and sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (for U.S. buyers, its affiliate Paddle.com Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order. Paddle is the seller of record on your receipt: it charges your payment method, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax, and handles refunds and chargebacks.

Purchases and payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The price you see at checkout is the amount you pay, including any tax Paddle collects. You are responsible for providing a valid payment method, and we may update the price of the Products at any time; a change does not affect an order you already placed.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the Products are not useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase to ask for a full refund. Refunds go back through Paddle, the Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Products and all of the text, diagrams and other content on this site belong to AURELIAI SpA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. The trademarks and product names used on this site are the property of their respective owners, and their mention does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Products will meet your specific needs or produce any particular result. They are general methods for thinking through business problems, not professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURELIAI SpA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the site or the Products, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
