Our 14-day guarantee
We want you to be able to try the Products without risk. Every purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the Products are not useful to you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, and we will return the full amount you paid for that order, add-ons included. This is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have.
What is covered
The guarantee covers the book (The Problem-Solving Toolkit) and any companion products you bought in the same order, such as the Field Kit or the Editable Templates. There is no need to return anything, because the Products are digital files. There is also no form to fill in and no reason you must justify.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@frameworkshelf.com within 14 days of your purchase and include the email address you used at checkout or your order number, so we can find your order. We aim to confirm every request promptly. Please note that the 14 days are counted from the date of your purchase.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are handled by Paddle, the Merchant of Record for every order, and go back to the original payment method you used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the money to appear in your account. Once a refund is issued, your download links for that order are revoked and no longer work.
If your refund is delayed
Once Paddle issues the refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider and is usually a few business days. If you have not seen the refund after that time, please check with your payment provider first, and then email us at support@frameworkshelf.com so we can help you track it down.
After a refund
After your refund is processed, the license granted with your purchase ends, and you must stop using and delete any copies of the Products you downloaded. If you buy again in the future, a new license and a new set of download links will be issued.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. If the law where you live gives you additional rights, those rights still apply, and we will honor them.
