Who we are
We are a small editorial team that got tired of problem-solving advice written for slide decks instead of real work. We kept seeing the same thing: smart people handed a messy problem, a deadline and no method. So we started collecting the frameworks that actually help, from issue trees to fishbone diagrams, and rewriting each one in plain English.
Every method in our book follows the same shape: what it is for, when to use it, how to run it step by step and a diagram you can copy onto a whiteboard. We cut the jargon, we cut the theory you will never use, and we keep what helps you frame a problem, find the cause, decide and deliver.
We test every chapter against one question: could someone use this tomorrow morning at their desk? If the answer is no, we rewrite it until it is yes. That is the whole idea: fewer slides, clearer thinking, better decisions.
