Who we are
FrameworkShelf is published by AURELIAI SpA (“we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this site or buy our digital products, how we use it, and the choices you have. We act as a data controller for the data described here, except where Paddle processes your payment data as its own controller.
Data we collect
We collect only the data we need to run the site and deliver your purchase:
- Order and delivery data. When you buy, Paddle provides us with your email address and details of the order (the products, the amount, and the transaction identifier) so we can send your download links and provide support.
- Email address. We use your email to deliver your purchase, respond to your support requests, and send you a receipt or delivery confirmation. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
- Usage data. When you browse the site, we may collect limited technical data such as your device type, browser, approximate location, and the pages you visit, through the Meta Pixel and similar technologies described below.
We do not collect payment card numbers or other full payment details. Those go directly to Paddle.
Cookies, the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. A cookie is a small file stored in your browser. We use the Meta Pixel, a script provided by Meta that sets cookies and reports activity such as page views. We also use Meta's Conversions API, which sends the same purchase events from our server so that ad measurement stays accurate even when a browser blocks cookies.
For the Conversions API, Meta receives a hashed version of your email address when you complete a purchase, together with the order value and currency. Meta matches this against its own records to measure the effectiveness of our ads. We never send your email in plain text for this purpose, and we do not sell your personal data to Meta or to anyone else.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can learn about Meta's advertising preferences in Meta's own tools. Disabling cookies may still let us measure purchases through the Conversions API.
Payments and Paddle
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (or, for U.S. buyers, Paddle.com Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy notice, and it provides us with your email address and order details so we can deliver the Products. Please review Paddle's privacy notice to understand how it handles your payment data.
How we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- Deliver your purchase and send you your download links.
- Answer your support requests and process refunds.
- Keep accurate records of orders and transactions.
- Measure and improve the site and our advertising, using the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API.
- Prevent fraud and protect the security of the site.
How we share your data
We share your data only with the providers we need to run the site: Paddle, for payments; Meta, for ad measurement through the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API; and our email provider, to send delivery and support messages. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
How long we keep your data
We keep order and support records only as long as needed to deliver the Products, honor the refund policy and meet our legal obligations. Usage data collected through the Meta Pixel is retained according to Meta's own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. You can also withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise these rights, email us at support@frameworkshelf.com, and we will respond within the time the law requires. You may also contact Meta directly about the data it holds about you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
